2.Sale Service

Quality Control Service: Heavy provide report,video data of the production & inspection process to our clients at all times to ensure the delivery time. According to the contract.

 

3. After -Sale Service

Technical support: we will call back at once and guide the user to solve problem when we receive the user's technical support requirement or disorder report.

 

Regular visit: Engineer will visit the customer regularly when equipment test run, to inspect the equipment run condition and supply proposal of equipment maintenance.

 

4. Our warranty

The warranty of all our pumps is one year after you buy it. If there is a problem during that period, we will send you a new one free-in-charge.
